SHIPPING POLICY
Each piece is packaged and shipped within 1-2 weeks of the sale. Longer delays may be part of ordering a product with customization. Most products will be shipped through the USPS. Some items may ship through a different carrier.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@bybayne.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Products are custom products. If you are not happy with your product you may contact us within 15 days of receipt to request a refund or exchange. Because our products are custom, hand made unique products, your replacement may not be exactly the same. Replacement could take up to 4 weeks if a replacement has to crafted from scratch. Any replacements taking longer than 4 weeks can be refunded.
